Sylo, a decentralized communication project is set to announce a DeFi development that is thought to involve Tezos. Sylo co-founder, Dorian Johannink will be speaking on ‘cross border assets on Tezos’ at Indonesia Blockchain Week 2020 on the 26th of August, where it is expected the announcement will take place:
On Twitter Sylo stated:
“Looking forward to the event + excited to announce a big development we’ve had in the cooker for quite a while now! Coming soon… #DeFi“
Sylo is described as: “a decentralised ecosystem made up of Apps, the Network itself, and a Digital Token used to incentivise parties for providing services to the network. Sylo exists to free us from needing to rely on a central company for things like communication, storage and payments. Instead, now everyone can provide these services to eachother, and earn for doing so.”
Sylo has created a ‘Smart Wallet‘ which they describe as a digital wallet meets private messenger. This is because as well as facilitating payments, the dapp can also facilitate private messaging.
